My review:

Freya, a young singer, lost her voice and went to different doctors to solve the problem. The problem tortures her, her mother and her manager.  Looking her sister Instagram pictures with the engagement ring in her hand Freya finds herself in the park.

Nathaniel with the map in his hands arrives in New York trying to live his father’s and his dream evoking the memories.

Harun is in love.  That is good and noble feeling, but for him it’s torture.

All of those three characters have lost their way, the path in their life. And standing in one huge crossroad, they suppose to choose where and how they will continue.

I have lost my enjoyable way book which makes me want reading more and more, stopping just to take a breath.  The author wrote this book like a diary to Freya, Harun, and Nathaniel whose life path crosses in one moment of the loss they feel.

Freya is the most likable character in the book. She is young, full of life. She is smart. Life brings her in front of a challenge she must make a move.

“She wishes she’d read some of the responses before deleting that tweet. Maybe someone would’ve told her what to do. Maybe someone would’ve told her it didn’t matter if she could sing. They’d still love her. But she knows that’s bullshit. Love is conditional. Everything is.”

Nathaniel is on edge, everything that matters to him is gone and nothing left to lose.

“You’re doing okay, aren’t you? People used to ask Nathaniel that sometimes- the teammates practiced with, the girls who used to flutter around him, the coaches who thought he had promise. You’re doing okay? they asked. After Mom left. After Grandma Maty died. After he lost his eye. You’re all right, aren’t you?”

Harun is different than Freya and Nathaniel but is not less special. He comes from different culture and has a different religion, but he is kind, normal person with real feelings. He is a dreamer.

“Harun is coward is not for debate.”

“Still, the best way to defang someone is to kill them with kindness.”

I recommend this book to people who want well-written books about difficulties in the life and how could deal with them and sometimes a stranger could help better than someone close.

My review:

Madison seems like an ordinary girl, but she is more than that. She is kind of celebrity in the blogging world with millions of followers who like everything that she writes about her favorite movies. Behind the cover of her blog, Madi is supportive and protective sister, who even displaces absent parent in her sister’s live.

Internet Famous is a sweet, sensational and touching story about young girl Madison. The story keeps my interest till the end; mainly I wanted to know who the hacker is and what will happen with Madi and Laurent.  I like that the author brought my feelings from cold to hot when she tells about Madi’s parents and the situation I was nervous, I wanted to slap Madi’s mother. Parts were Madi, and Laurent showed up or was Madi’s blog in focus I felt warm in my heart.

Madi is the adorable girl she must deal with all barriers which her life brings. She is an introvert yet a famous blogger. The absence of her mother makes Madi’s life complicated, and her father doesn’t help much.

Laurent is an exchange student from France with whom Madi communicates thinking that he is a girl, but when they see each other, there are sparkles.

I recommend this book to young people who want to read the exciting, captivating and swoony story.
